There are variety of materials available for the SmartPatch design to be created from, including dye sublimation, fully or partially embroidered, rubber, and woven with merrowed or laser-cut bordering. Additionally, on the single sided patches, we offer Heat Seal (iron-on), Self-Stick Adhesive or Velcro backing.
Generally, depending on quantity, our clients can receive their custom SmartPatch order in as little as 3 weeks. However, most order processes take approximately 4 – 8 weeks total. Rush orders are available for a nominal fee. Please contact one of our SmartPatchologist at Hello@SmartPatch.com for specific time frames on orders over 5000 units.
